Kingdom Rules is well written, detailed with a good story line, keeping my interest throughout. A story of survival and domination. However, I was immediately uncomfortable with the sex, sexual violence, and incest, which is delivered often and in vivid detail. Too often and too much for me. But it is well written so to be fair I gave it five stars. Thank you.
